1. Design Evaluation & Review

  • Assess and validate MEPFS design drawings, technical specifications, and load calculations.
  • Identify design inconsistencies, value engineering opportunities, and potential construction issues.
  • Recommend design revisions to optimize cost, efficiency, and maintainability.

2. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop MEPFS work plans aligned with project schedules.
  • Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integration.
  • Participate in technical meetings, design workshops, and coordination reviews.

3. Site Execution & Quality Control

  • Supervise the implementation of MEPFS works on site and ensure adherence to approved plans, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing & commissioning activities.

    Resolve technical issues encountered during installation.

4. Procurement & Cost Management

  • Evaluate material submissions, shop drawings, and supplier proposals.
  • Assist in supplier selection and negotiation to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain technical reports, inspection logs, and progress updates.
  • Ensure timely submission of as-built drawings and turnover documentation.

6. Leadership & Management Support

  • Mentor junior engineers and site personnel.
  • Provide expert input to management on project risks, technical decisions, and operational improvements.
  • Represent the MEPFS discipline in management meetings and strategic planning.

And other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
