Position Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary

As our Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge in shaping how the world sees and experiences Phoenix One's medical products. You will design and execute impactful marketing strategies, build brand trust among healthcare professionals, and help drive business growth through creativity, data-driven insights, and a genuine passion for improving patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Phoenix One's mission and business goals.
  • Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research and trend analysis.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

Product & Campaign Management

  • Craft compelling product messages that resonate with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Lead product launches, training programs, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention.

Brand & Digital Presence

  • Strengthen Phoenix One's brand as a trusted leader in medical innovation.
  • Manage online presence — including website, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with medical and ethical standards.

Market Insights & Analytics

  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Analyze campaign performance to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.

Collaboration & Events

  • Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and distributors for co-marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and represent the company in trade shows, conventions, and medical exhibitions.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and medical institutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing, procurement, and medical device compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and digital marketing skills.
  • Proficient in marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Passionate about improving lives through healthcare innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
