Employee Relations Officer

  • Ensure proper implementation of company rules, regulations, and DOLE policies.
  • Review and evaluate all submitted incident reports (IR).
  • Prepare and issue notices to explain to concerned employees.
  • Review and assess written explanations from employees.
  • Conduct administrative hearings when necessary.
  • Prepare case decisions and consult with Legal Counsel as needed.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Labor Laws and current DOLE mandates.
  • Attend and represent the company in labor hearings.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances.
  • Monitor updates on labor laws and wage orders.
  • Develop and implement new company policies as required.
  • Review and prepare documentation for salary adjustments.
  • Monitor employee contracts and ensure timely renewal or termination.
  • Coordinate with the company nurse on employee medical check-up schedules.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks and assignments as directed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
