Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Medical Representatives assigned to your territories.
- Monitor and manage KPIs, sales targets, and field activities; provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
- Implement strategic sales plans and drive execution of marketing campaigns and customer engagement programs.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospital administrators, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), and Training teams to ensure strategy alignment and cross-functional efficiency.
- Analyze sales trends and identify new opportunities within hospitals and institutional accounts.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Pharmacy, Nursing, Business Administration, or related healthcare/business field.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a strong track record in managing hospital accounts.
- Proven ability in sales planning, territory management, and strategic execution.
- Effective leadership, communication, and coaching skills — with a passion for team empowerment and accountability.
- Data-driven mindset; adept in using sales metrics and market analysis tools.
- Knowledgeable in ethical detailing, regulatory policies, and healthcare protocols.
