Location: NCR, Bulacan, and Zamboanga
Work Setup: Mobile (Fieldwork)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shift
Overview
We are looking for a District Manager (Oncology Division) to lead and drive sales growth across assigned territories. The role involves setting objectives, implementing strategic initiatives, and overseeing team performance to meet sales and market share targets. The District Manager will also be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring effective execution of marketing programs, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Achievement & Revenue
- Develop and implement plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and review product performance across brands.
- Create and execute strategies to sustain sales, inventory levels, and product movement in trade outlets and hospital pharmacies.
Territory & Team Management
- Manage and develop Key Opinion Leaders within assigned districts.
- Ensure timely implementation of marketing programs and updates of master lists for target physicians.
- Address customer concerns professionally and in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with HR to fill team vacancies promptly.
- Manage operational expenses and company assets effectively.
- Prepare and submit required documentation and reports within deadlines.
- Perform other related functions to support overall business goals.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a District Manager in a pharmaceutical company, preferably with Oncology exposure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be mobile and willing to conduct fieldwork in various locations nationwide.
- Possesses a valid driver's license.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or other science-related courses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other company tools.
- Skilled in coaching, team development, and decision-making.
- Physically and mentally fit to perform in-field responsibilities.
- High level of integrity and compliance with corporate code of conduct.
