Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned branches/sites within the district.
  • Lead, coach, and support branch managers and their teams to achieve sales and performance targets.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and government requirements.
  • Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Act as the main point of contact between corporate management and district operations.
  • Regularly conduct site visits to ensure high operational standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare and submit accurate performance and operational reports to top management
