Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned branches/sites within the district.
- Lead, coach, and support branch managers and their teams to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and government requirements.
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Act as the main point of contact between corporate management and district operations.
- Regularly conduct site visits to ensure high operational standards are consistently met.
- Prepare and submit accurate performance and operational reports to top management
