Job Overview
The Seasonal Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Manager during peak business periods. This role ensures efficient coordination of marketing activities, accurate documentation, and smooth communication across departments and external partners. The position is contract-based and designed to support the marketing team in delivering timely campaigns and seasonal projects.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage the Marketing Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email communications on behalf of the Marketing Manager.
- Prepare, file, and maintain reports, presentations, and marketing documents.
- Safeguard confidential information and maintain professionalism at all times.
Marketing & Project Coordination
- Assist in planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, artists, and internal departments for marketing deliverables.
- Track campaign progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Collect, consolidate, and prepare marketing data and reports for management review.
- Provide support in auditing and verifying the Marketing Manager's documents, as well as coordinating the review of related records including inventory, reports, and other administrative files.
- Serve as the point of contact in the absence of the Marketing Manager.
Operational Support
- Assist in the preparation of marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Other Duties
- Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management to support company initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or marketing support role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak business seasons.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
