Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Vendor Coordination: Source and negotiate with suppliers, handle contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
- Legal & Compliance: Coordinate with government agencies and legal partners for business registration, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Operations Support: Assist in daily operations, monitor deadlines, and help with HR-related tasks when needed.
- Finance Assistance: Prepare and monitor invoices, expense reports, and petty cash records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in administrative or executive support—preferably within F&B, hospitality, retail, or startup environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic project management tools.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Filipino is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
