About the Role:
We are looking for a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to provide support during our busy period. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role is perfect for someone who enjoys administrative work and wants to gain experience in a dynamic team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Answer calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner
- Support event coordination and scheduling
- Help maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not required
- Can commit to the full duration of the seasonal contract
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- May include occasional weekend work depending on company needs
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From Php12,000.00 per month
