What is your mission?We are looking for a motivated B2B Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our sales pipeline in the railway, mining, metals, and heavy-equipment industries. This onsite role involves researching potential clients, building target lists, conducting outreach through email, LinkedIn, and occasional cold calls, and qualifying leads for handover to the Sales team. If you have strong communication skills, CRM experience, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we'd love to meet you.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Identify and research potential clients in the railway, mining, metals, and heavy-equipment sectors
- Build and maintain accurate prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry directories, and databases
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and occasional cold calls to connect with decision-makers
- Qualify leads by gathering details on equipment, part requirements, fleet size, and supplier challenges
- Hand off qualified leads to the Sales team for seamless follow-up, proposals, and quotations
- Maintain organized and updated client records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Track lead generation metrics, including outreach volume, conversion rate, and pipeline growth
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align lead strategies with campaigns and trade events
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales support, or market research (preferably in industrial or logistics sectors)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and lead-gen tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with C-level executives and technical staff
- Strong research skills and comfort working with technical/industrial business information
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple prospecting activities simultaneously
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in an onsite environment
