
B2B Sales Manager

The B2B Sales Manager leads a team of officers to expand the company's corporate client base with the goal of driving sales and increasing loan applications. This role reports to the Marketing Division Head.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B partners, while also developing sales strategies and incentive programs.
- Sales Strategy: Design and execute data-driven sales plans in collaboration with other teams to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
- Performance Optimization: Maintain relationships with key clients, use analytics to monitor and optimize sales performance, and present regular reports with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or strategic partnerships. Experience in financial services is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Track Record: Proven ability to design and develop strategic sales campaigns and programs.
- Bonus Experience: Experience with OFW communities, influencers, or fintech companies is an advantage.
- Flexibility: Willingness to conduct fieldwork.
