Job Details:

This role supports the growth and operational efficiency of the client (with primary focus for the first 2–3

months), and will eventually extend to other brands under the business. The position centers on B2B

marketing, website management, and email automation—particularly for government, corporate, and

defense sectors.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Website Management

  • Set up and manage B2B/wholesale features on Shopify, including landing pages for corporate,

defense, and government clients.

  • Ensure a user-friendly experience for high-value clients such as purchasing managers, embassies, and

contractors.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Create and manage email flows and campaigns using Klaviyo.
  • Segment and grow targeted email lists by customer type.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop ongoing communications (e.g. product updates, reorder reminders).

LinkedIn & Lead Outreach

  • Plan and schedule LinkedIn content (especially technical and industry-facing updates).
  • Research and identify B2B leads in corporate and defense sectors.
  • Build and maintain lead databases using LinkedIn and public directories.

Ecommerce & Product Operations

  • Manage product uploads, tagging, and categorization in Shopify.
  • Assist in resolving basic ecommerce issues like inventory syncing and price list management.
  • Provide admin support and help with platform clean-up tasks in HubSpot and other tools.

Desired Skills
