Exhibit Central is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Lead Generation & Campaign Support Specialist to help drive exhibitor outreach and engagement. This role is essential to our customer acquisition pipeline and campaign success, supporting the marketing team with lead generation, data management, and campaign readiness.

What You'll Do
  • Research & Identify Leads: Explore exhibit markets and target industries to find potential exhibitor contacts.
  • Build & Maintain Contact Lists: Organize and update lists of prospective exhibitors with accurate and complete information.
  • Support CRM & Campaign Setup: Enroll contacts into HubSpot, ensuring proper segmentation and tagging for targeted campaigns.
  • Ensure Data Hygiene: Clean and verify data regularly—removing duplicates, checking email validity, and updating outdated info.
  • Monitor Database Health: Track campaign list performance (bounce rates, unsubscribes) and coordinate with the CRM team to resolve issues.
