About the Role:
We're hiring a Director of Capital Strategy & Finance to lead the structuring, packaging, and closing of all development financing. If you've worked as a commercial real estate lender or capital markets pro, and you're ready to bring your financial expertise to a purpose-driven development firm, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do:
• Structure multi-layered capital stacks for affordable and mixed-use projects
• Build and manage relationships with lenders, investors, foundations, and city funders
• Create project pro formas, investor packages, and compliance submissions
• Lead fundraising strategy and coordinate across internal development and accounting teams
What You Bring:
• 5–10 years in commercial real estate lending, underwriting, or development finance
• A dealmaker's mindset and the ability to lead capital strategy from pitch to close
• Expert financial modeling skills and a passion for impact investing
• Commitment to wealth-building and equity in communities of color
