Senior HR Strategist Position

We are seeking a highly accomplished and forward-thinking Senior HR Strategist to design, implement, and evaluate effective people management practices that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of human resources strategies and proven experience leading high-performing teams, driving employee engagement, and collaborating with stakeholders across various departments.

The successful applicant will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively with diverse groups of employees, management, and external partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and assess comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, while ensuring departmental goals and objectives are met.
  • Cultivate a strong, values-driven organization that promotes employee engagement, morale, and performance, while maintaining a healthy work environment.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze data to monitor and improve HR metrics, including employee satisfaction, retention, and performance.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in an HR leadership role, with at least 5 years as an HR Director or similar position, preferably in BPO or shared services environments.
  • Proven track record of managing HR functions at a senior level, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas and data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership, employees, and external partners.
  • Expertise in all facets of HR, including HR operations, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning & development, and organizational development.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience working in fast-paced, large-scale BPO operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR technologies and HRIS systems to enhance operational efficiency.
