Job Overview

The role of Senior Product Development Director involves spearheading product development efforts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization. Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Lead product development teams to create innovative solutions that address market gaps and customer pain points
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and prioritize product roadmap initiatives
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment among cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery
  • Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer behavior to inform product development decisions
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the team
  • Mentor junior product managers and provide guidance on best practices in product development and leadership

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably with a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, user research, and analytics tools
  • Experience working with engineering teams, understanding technical constraints, and identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Passion for delivering intuitive, user-centered experiences that drive business growth

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in product management, project management, or related fields
  • Experience with product lifecycle management, from concept to launch and post-release optimization
  • Understanding of cloud-based technologies, SaaS models, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with global teams, managing diverse perspectives, and navigating cultural nuances
