Job Opportunity

As a senior retention and direct response manager, you will be responsible for driving online lead generation through various marketing channels. This role requires a hands-on approach to identifying, testing, and optimizing new campaigns to expand reach into untapped markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and manage lead generation campaigns across TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously test new marketing channels and analyze data to refine strategies.
  • Develop and execute innovative, growth-focused marketing plans.
  • Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
  • A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets is not required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
