Quality Assurance Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance leader to spearhead our testing strategy, ensuring the reliability and performance of our web and software products.

  • This senior-level position involves leading a QA team in defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • The successful candidate will drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • They will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Furthermore, this individual will monitor automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.
  • Additionally, they will review test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations will also be part of their responsibilities.
  • As a seasoned leader, they will mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
  • Identifying gaps in quality processes and leading initiatives for operational excellence and innovation in QA practices will be key aspects of this role.

Requirements include at least 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing, as well as at least 1 year experience in leading a team.

  • Test plan development and execution.
  • Experience with writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
