About the Opportunity

The role of Head of Talent plays a critical part in supporting organizational growth and development.

Key responsibilities include driving talent acquisition, implementing system improvements using automation and AI, and building a culture of care and accountability among team members.

  • Partner with leadership to align People & Places with business objectives.
  • Lead efforts to improve productivity and engagement among team members.
  • Develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
  • Improve processes using data analysis and reporting.
  • Built a high-performing team that supports business goals.

Talent Management programs and processes for Voice Platform Operations are also key responsibilities. This includes Performance Management, Succession Planning, Engagement, Compensation Planning, and supporting People Managers.

Key Requirements
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Global organization experience, rolling out talent programs within a local context.
  • Experience working in data, reporting, and analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Bamboo HR, Culture Amp, and/or Pave.
  • HRBP or employee relations certifications.
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with experience working in fast-paced environments.
