Key Responsibilities:Finance Duties:
- Prepare and process financial transactions including invoices, payments, receipts, and reimbursements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
- Support the annual audit process by providing required documentation.
- Assist with budget tracking and monitoring expenditures against budget.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers regarding payments and contracts.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory control.
- Handle administrative correspondence and maintain proper filing systems.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and other administrative logistics.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain a clean and professional office environment.
- Support HR functions such as leave tracking, onboarding logistics, and maintaining staff records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
