Summary of Role:

  • Prepare management reports and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in property or facilities management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

2. Administrative Officer

Summary of Role:

Handles general office and property administration, ensuring efficient coordination of documents, schedules, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage records, correspondence, and permits
  • Assist in contract preparation and compliance monitoring
  • Provide support to management and other departments
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related course
  • At least 1–2 years of administrative experience
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in MS Office

3. Building Engineer

Summary of Role:

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of building facilities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and operational reliability of mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of building equipment and utilities
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Coordinate with contractors for major works

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (preferred)
  • At least 2–3 years of building engineering experience
  • Knowledge in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) systems

4. Accounting Officer

Summary of Role:

Responsible for the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of financial records to support the company's operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle billing, collections, and disbursements
  • Prepare financial statements and monthly reports
  • Monitor budgets and expenses
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related course
  • At least 2–3 years of accounting experience
  • Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel
