- Assist in contract preparation and compliance monitoring
- Provide support to management and other departments
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related course
- At least 1–2 years of administrative experience
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in MS Office
3. Building Engineer
Summary of Role:
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of building facilities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and operational reliability of mechanical and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of building equipment and utilities
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Coordinate with contractors for major works
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (preferred)
- At least 2–3 years of building engineering experience
- Knowledge in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) systems
4. Accounting Officer
Summary of Role:
Responsible for the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of financial records to support the company's operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing, collections, and disbursements
- Prepare financial statements and monthly reports
- Monitor budgets and expenses
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related course
