About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate team in managing contracts and ensuring a smooth closing process. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate transaction files from contract to closing
  • Ensure all required documents are completed, signed, and submitted on time
  • Track contract deadlines, contingencies, and compliance requirements
  • Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies to keep all parties updated
  • Maintain organized records and transaction checklists
  • Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed
  • Resolve issues that may arise during the transaction process

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate, transaction coordination, or administrative support (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate CRM systems (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope, Brokermint, etc.)
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional attitude
