Responsibilities

  • Track and manage documentation for a high volume of real estate transactions.
  • Review contracts and forms to ensure accurate signatures, dates, and compliance.
  • Coordinate communication between lenders, agents, title companies, and clients to ensure smooth closings.
  • Oversee all administrative duties related to buyer and seller transactions from contract to close.
  • Input and maintain accurate client data in CRM systems and submit documentation for compliance.
  • Monitor transaction timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Review detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on requirements.
  • Collaborate with office staff to ensure accuracy and compliance of all files.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support to agents and clients.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Proficiency

  • Strong phone presence and customer service skills.
  • Personable, professional, and confident in real-time communication.
