Job Purpose:

Must be a highly organised and dynamic individual to support and liaise with the global outsource sales team. This person will have a good command of English and be an out of the box thinker. This candidate may be required to work additional hours to ensure the job in hand gets completed.

Skills required:

  • Experience in the promotional goods/print industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Problem solving
  • Proficient MS Offices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all briefs submitted by sales team, liaise with intercompany department to ensure pricing is returned on time and in full
  • Manage the team to provide timely and effective administrative support to the global outsource sales team
  • Ensure critical paths are developed for all orders received and work with the wider ASL team to ensure milestones are completed as planned
  • Check all SO, PO and costing sheet are complete and accurate communicate with intercompany departments on daily basic to ensure production & supply is on schedule
  • Any other duties as reasonably required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
