Position: Sales Account Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail and distribution accounts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage account expansions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Warehouse, Logistics) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular market visits, competitor checks, and customer feedback collection.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and trade activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or account management (FMCG or cosmetics industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge in reporting and MS Word and Excel
  • Willing to travel for client visits or fieldwork when required.
