About the role

Join our growing team at Valeros Velasco Tabernilla Proverify INC. as a Retail Account Specialist. In this full-time position based in Angeles City, Pampanga, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued retail partners.

What you'll be doing

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail clients
  2. Providing product expertise and recommendations to help drive sales
  3. Monitoring and reporting on retail performance and inventory levels
  4. Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  5. Assisting with the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns
  6. Contributing to the overall growth and success of the retail business

What we're looking for

  1. With or Without BPO Experience
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide expert advice
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with retail management systems
  5. A proactive, collaborative, and customer-centric approach
  6. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
