Customer Service Agent

Location: Onsite – Mandaluyong

Schedule: Day Shift (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Australian Client)

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Agent at VoltX Energy, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their solar journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communication via calls and emails
  • Provide accurate project updates using our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Escalate technical or complex concerns to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Australian, US, or UK clients
  • Background in project-based industries
  • Interest in renewable energy or tech
