Conduct outgoing phone calls to verify and survey customer transactions.

Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and enhance service experience.

Build sustainable relationships and maintain trust through open, professional, and interactive communication.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods.

Handle customer complaints or concerns, provide appropriate solutions within set timelines, and conduct follow-ups to ensure resolution.

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions, and documentation.

Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all customer engagements.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Prepare and submit End of Day (EOD) reports summarizing activities and findings.

Conduct data analysis related to refund, discount approvals, and all Out-of-Warranty (OOW) transactions to ensure accuracy and proper documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or verification- related role.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Must be Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
