About the role:

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. This is a full-time onsite role based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and concerns via phone, email and chat
  2. Resolving customer issues with patience and empathy
  3. Providing accurate information about our products and services
  4. Updating customer records and documentation in a timely manner
  5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for:

  1. HS Graduate with at least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call center environment
  2. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
