Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent. The Bilingual Customer Service Agent will handle customer inquiries, provide effective solutions, manage customer accounts, and address issues in a timely and professional manner. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating clearly in both English and an additional language, assisting with various customer service needs, and adhering to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
