Customer Service Agent – Car Sharing Account

Job Description:

We are looking for Customer Service Agents to join our growing Car Sharing Support team You will handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and tickets to assist customers with reservations, inquiries, technical issues, and account concerns.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Handling inquiries related to car rentals, payments, or app usage.
  • Managing tickets and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Documenting interactions accurately and professionally.
  • Delivering a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Old Curriculum: At least High School Graduate
  • New Curriculum: K12 Graduate or College Level/Degree holder (preferred)
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 months BPO experience or 6 months customer service experience (includes face-to-face roles such as retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of call center experience handling voice accounts
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules

Salary and Benefits:
