  • Expand the pool of candidates by participating in job fairs and recruitment events, advertising job vacancies to academic institutes, vocational training centers, online platforms, tri-media publications and relevant organizations
  • Identify potential candidates, to be evaluated by the HR Unit Head, by reviewing basic qualifications as required by the vacant position, such as but not limited to initial screenings
  • Ensure that the newly hired personnel are in conformance to the pre-employment process by providing the list of requirements to be submitted prior to boarding
  • Ensure that the newly hired employees are aware of company policies by conducting orientations
  • Accommodate and welcome Interns by coordinating with different schools
  • Ensure appropriate employment status of probationary employees by timely monitoring and evaluation in coordination with the immediate supervisor.
  • Monitor employee records by regularly updating 201 files
  • Assist department heads in formulating the succession plan by providing the necessary credentials of the candidates for further assessment
  • Promote work-life balance by assisting in the development of employee engagement activities and identify relevant training programs
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of the company and its business performance by doing other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
