About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions to ensure the timely and accurate payment of our company's bills and obligations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Receiving, reviewing, and coding invoices and expense reports
  2. Processing and inputting invoice and expense data into the accounting system
  3. Resolving invoice and payment discrepancies by communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and supporting documentation
  5. Assisting with month-end close processes and providing reports to management
  6. Collaborating with the finance team to ensure efficient and compliant accounts payable practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of accounts payable experience in a similar role; Basic Qualifications + BPO Experience preferred + Related experience in general accounting, finance, accounts payable, payroll is required
  2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams
  5. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices
