About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles to help shape and scale our hiring efforts. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires—while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases to track candidates and manage pipelines efficiently.
  • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and report on HR metrics and recruitment data to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles.
  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HR databases.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of HR metrics.
  • Experience using recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
