Job Desription

Support HC Specialist and Supervisor in various tasks related to talent acquisition. Responsible for job posting, sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g. job boards, social media, networking), screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer and onboarding process. Deliver and execute the employee transaction accurately and timely as a hands-on processor

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and review the documents and qualifications of job applicants for support roles to ensure compliance, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Coordinate the job application process with applicants including background checks, completion of requirements, and providing status updates.
  • Perform paper screening of job applicant's resume and endorse qualified candidates for interview.
  • Coordinates with concerned units regarding the processing of their talent acquisition requests.
  • Conduct job interviews for entry positions.
  • Prepare job postings of vacant positions.
  • Coordinate the logistics of hiring activities for the unit.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive and accurate applicant database and records.
  • Organize, record, and file job applicant documents.
  • Compliance with e-Tap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
  • Manage employee relations issues with fairness, transparency, and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and ethical standards.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related concerns
  • Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
  • Knows how to handle confidentiality
  • Proficient knowledge of best practices in candidate evaluation and selection, including behavioral interviewing techniques, competency-based assessments, and diversity and inclusion considerations.
  • Knowledgeable in Google Sheet and formulas is highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
