About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking dedicated and empathetic Healthcare Associates - Customer Service Associates to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this full-time position, you will be the voice of our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued healthcare customers. Your ability to listen, problem-solve, and deliver a positive experience will be crucial to the success of this role.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information
  • Assist customers with resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications
  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate team members
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  • Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • With 1 -2 years BPO Experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
