JOB SUMMARY

  • Primarily responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process to help the company hire the best talents for various positions by collaborating with the hiring managers and using sourcing techniques.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Experience in the relevant field is not required
  • Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word and Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Mail, Drive, Meet, Docs, and Sheets)
  • Good clerical skills (e.g., Attention to detail, data entry, verifying and processing of documents)
  • Good coordination skills (e.g., Planning, organizing, multitasking, demonstrates flexibility and adaptability)
  • Ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., Patient, considerate, resilient, and initiative)
  • Open-mindedness with a "can-do" attitude
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Desire to learn and able to grasp new concepts quickly
  • The candidate must be willing to work in Davao City.
