Does R&D and produces wide varieties of goods such as pastries, desserts, breads and other related
With experience in supervising bakers and developing product preferably with experience in commissary or restaurant kitchens
Checks quality of material and condition of equipment.
Maintains a clean cooking / preparation room.
Performs quality checks of ingredients before & during production
Organizes and stores needed tools and materials.
Maintains and counts inventory and works towards cost reduction methods.
Monitors foods costs and inventory products
Adheres to all sanitation, safety, and food preparation laws.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any four year course
With at least 2yrs. experience in overall experience in Restaurant Operations covering Financials, Human Resources, Purchasing, Repairs and Maintenance, Sales & Marketing and Operations.
Must be available to start ASAP
· Certification or thorough knowledge and experience in:
a. Quality standards
b. GMP
c. ServSafe
d. HACCP
e. FDA regulations for the food industry
f. Food Safety, Sanitation and Hygiene principles
g. Food Industry Managerial skills
· Can start ASAP.
