About the role

Good Pastry Café is looking for an experienced Baker to join our team in our bakery located in BF Homes Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, and desserts to our high-quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your baking expertise and contribute to the success of our growing café.

What you'll be doing

  1. Mixing, measuring, and combining ingredients to create high-quality baked goods
  2. Ensuring proper proofing, baking, and finishing of breads, pastries, and other baked items
  3. Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines in the bakery
  4. Maintaining accurate production records and inventory
  5. Assisting with the daily operations of the bakery, as needed
  6. Working collaboratively with the pastry team to meet production targets

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience as a Baker or in a similar baking role
  2. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety standards
  3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently
  4. Passion for baking and creating high-quality baked goods
  5. Ability to work well in a team and follow direction from the Head Baker
  6. Flexible schedule to accommodate early morning shifts
