About the role

Are you an excellent communicator with a knack for providing exceptional customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Chat & Email Support – Non-Voice Account role at our Alabang office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support via chat and email, ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email
  2. Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while adhering to company policies and procedures
  4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and solutions
