The Planning Engineer will play an integral role in the land planning team, responsible for project planning, scheduling, and coordination across various development phases. This position will support the Land Strategy and Planning teams in managing timelines, assessing project risks, and ensuring project plans are feasible, efficient, and aligned with SLIM's strategic objectives.

The Planning Engineer will collaborate closely with project teams to deliver high-quality planning solutions, supporting timely and cost-effective project completion.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project planning and engineering, with a focus on urban development, real estate, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Technical skills: Proficieney in project management software (e.g., Primavera p6, MS project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Familiarity with AutocAD or GIS software is an advantage.

Engineering Knowledge: Solid understanding of engineering principles, construction techniques, and regulatory compliance in real estate development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
