Precast Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Precast Engineer with a background in civil engineering, structural engineer, construction, and precast production.

• Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates
• Regularly review design, specifications of pre-cast and plan and schedule precast production
• Oversee and coordinate precast production (rebar, formworks etc.) and installation activities
• Collaborate with internal teams including design, QA/QC, logistics, and site engineers
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project production timelines

Qualifications:

• Preferably Licensed Civil Engineer with relevant experience in construction precast production
• Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong cost/quantity estimation skills
• Ability to interpret architectural works and interpret & execute its production
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Willing to work in Gen. Trias, Cavite
