Responsibilities Generate effective load plan that will yield high OEE. Monitor daily start schedule and ensure alignment to machine/tooling capacity limits. Validate capacity declaration versus actual manufacturing performance and elevate issues as needed. Review weekly commits, highlight any issues to support customer requirements/metrics. Assess current week volume upside/pull‑ins/expedites. Actively participate in Daily Cell Huddle. Provide the following to the Operations Group: Daily die inventory (WIP + die availability) and in‑transit/unloaded dice. Hot lots / lines down / critical lots. Daily loading plan and capacity utilization. WIP build‑up inventory / WIP surge / WIP bubble. Potential issues that may affect cycle time / OTD / shipment goal. Support manufacturing in cycle‑time reduction. Proactively communicate to internal customers any potential issues in eWB (OTD) and delinquencies. Provide look‑ahead and analyze incoming inventory (at least 2 weeks demand) that may cause line issues. Assess manufacturing work schedule based on die availability and critical requirements. Provide daily monitoring of output for critical products/area. Coordinate with concerned groups (Mfg Staff, IE, CV CSR, ACO, Eng’g, Purchasing, Staff/Mgt) on issues that impact loading. Obtain accurate reports of manufacturing indices (eWB, Delinquency, WIP Situation). Perform other functions as may be assigned by superiors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field). Fresh graduates accepted; planning internship experience is a plus.
