About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead our plant's engineering and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure all machines, utilities, and facilities are running at peak efficiency while driving continuous improvement and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Supervise equipment installation, repair, and improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Manage budgets, spare parts inventory, and cost-control initiatives.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the engineering and maintenance team.
  • Support process improvement and energy efficiency projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

Minimum 5 years of engineering or maintenance management experience in a manufacturing setup (preferably paper or packaging industry)

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001, utilities management, and safety standards
