Your Day to Day

  1. Coordination and supervision of all structural and civil work groups involved in the project

  2. Review and evaluate general contractor's work plan and schedule

  3. Inspection of construction progress and activities

  4. Review and oversee all construction activities, ensuring all are properly monitored and executed correctly during construction

  5. Attend weekly construction meetings on site

  6. Review of material quantities and cost estimates

  7. Approval of methods and systems of construction, shop drawings, and material submittals

  8. Review of change orders and claims made by the contractor (if any)

  9. Provide weekly and monthly report to be submitted to the UFPP office

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
