Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering
  • Preferably Chemical Engineer or Civil Engineer
  • With at least 5 years relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate and work with all customers in a manner that reflect excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To assist the overall implementation and management of ready-mix laboratory quality control program and ensure that quality objectives established by management, regulatory programs, and project plans are met.
  • Responsible for assisting the QC and Plant Ready-Mix Manager in ensuring that the products produced adhere to the company's quality standard.
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance plan
  • Testing product and services
  • Designing quality standard with regards to concrete
  • Determining corrective action
