The Planning and Monitoring Officer will play a critical role in planning, executing, and monitoring key land development projects under the Land Strategy Group. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, from design and construction teams to marketing and sales, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Planning & Monitoring Officer will contribute to the overall success of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, regulatory compliance, and market demands. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate tracking of project milestones, gathering and analyzing data, and preparing reports to assist with strategic decision -making.

Working closely with project teams, the Planning & Monitoring Officer will ensure that project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators are continuouslv monitored to facilitate successful project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Urban Design, Real Estate, Business, Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or other related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project development, urban design, land development or a related field, within the real estate industry. With strong knowledge of project management methodologies, financial modeling, and real estate market trends. Has experience working with local government units LGUs and understanding of regulatory requirements for land development.

Familiarity with transit-oriented developments is a plus.

Technical skills: Knowledge in design software such as AutocAD, Sketchup, Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and GIS tools. Proficiency in use of AutocAD. Familiarity with 3D modeling software (e.g., Rhino, Revit) is advantageous.

Certifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of land use regulations, zoning laws, and environmental policies.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale land planning projects.
  • Proficiency in Geographic Information systems (GIS), project management software and other planning tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
