  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent for live hosting, digital marketing, and e-commerce roles
  • Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks
  • Conduct screening interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process—from job posting and applicant tracking to job offers and onboarding
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and align recruitment with company goals
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking systems
  • Build a strong employer brand through engaging job ads, content, and candidate experience
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with labor laws and internal HR policies

Qualifications:

  • Has an internship experience or a strong background in recruitment; experience in media, marketing, advertising, or e-commerce industries is a strong advantage but not required
  • Ability to recruit for creative and technical roles, especially live hosts, content creators, and marketing professionals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with social recruiting, talent platforms, and applicant tracking systems
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and goal-oriented

Nice to Have:

  • Background in employer branding or recruitment marketing
  • Experience with livestreaming platforms and creator networks
  • Knowledge of digital talent ecosystems and online communities

Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
