About the role

As a Recruitment Associate at Best Reliable Resources Internationale', you will be responsible for supporting our team in sourcing, screening and placing top talent in various industries. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain valuable experience in the dynamic field of recruitment and talent acquisition. The role is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila and requires a full-time commitment.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively sourcing and screening potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms and other recruitment channels
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications and fit for open positions
  • Collaborating with the hiring team to understand job requirements and assist in the selection process
  • Maintaining a robust talent pipeline and database to support ongoing recruitment needs
  • Providing excellent customer service and managing candidate and client communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Assisting with the onboarding of successful candidates and follow-up with both clients and new hires
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and employment legislation

What we're looking for

  • A fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with candidates and clients
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and new challenges
  • Proficiency in using recruitment and HR technology, such as applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
  • A genuine interest in the recruitment industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
