Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, screen, and hire top talent across various departments. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and a proactive approach to building a talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards and social media platforms
  • Source potential candidates through databases, job boards, networking, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain and update the candidate information
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification as needed
  • Extend job offers and coordinate onboarding with the HR team
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest improvements
  • Represent the company at career fairs and other networking events
  • Stay updated on employment laws and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
